Learn to Play Your Everyday "Roles" More Effectively …and Have More Fun Playing Them!
What do we need to be successful in our everyday encounters with other people? How do we make friends, get on well with our colleagues, or make a positive impact on new acquaintances?
In our everyday lives we have various roles and face a diverse number of role expectations. Sometimes we feel uneasy about this and not completely in accordance with the picture we have of ourselves and would like to represent. In this workshop you learn to play your everyday „roles“ more effectively, more confidently and authentically and have more fun playing them. The aim is to learn to broaden both our „role-repertoire“ and our English repertoire.
(Note: This seminar will be held in English but your English does NOT have to be perfect to attend!)
Workshop Goals
In this seminar you will
- discover the role(s) you play in everyday life and how the positive aspects of your personality can be strengthened,
- learn alternative ways to react to people who make you feel offended, ignored or unfairly treated, and
- above all, learn how to deal with your everyday communication challenges with more HUMOUR and SPONTANEITY.
Workshop Content
- What impression do I make on others and what impression do they make on me?
- How can I become emotionally more dynamic and improve the effectiveness of my actions and words?
- How can I react in challenging interpersonal situations?
